*FAST HIRE* Contract Customer Service / Call Centre Officer ($10-$13 per hour)

• SPOC the feedback on Hotline, for follow-up cases with internalstakeholders; 
• Conduct calibration of call with Hotline rep to ensure call quality meet our standards
• Coordinate the support of cheque collections counter and payment related matters, with Finance 
• Support walk-in enquiries at counter
• Support the User-Acceptance Test of Phone- DIY / new messages roll out.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience (Call centre) / Front line customer service experience preferred
