*FAST HIRE* Accounts Assistant ($1,800-$2,200)

• A/P functions including verification of invoices, credit notes, journals etc
• Cross checking of AP against AR for payment preparation
• Check on Inter-company accounts & vendors reconciliation statements
• Preparation of AP reports
• Checking of staff claims
• Compilation of reports
• Banking in cheques
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Prior accounting experience preferred
