*FAST HIRE* 1 Year Contract Client Onboarding Specialist - Financial Institution (Up to $3,200)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Part of the New Business team, which manages the onboarding of clients and transactions
• Primarily responsible for supporting the team with a focus on client onboarding and process the trades submitted by the advisers/clients on a timely basis.
• Be part of the onboarding process for the new clients
• Involve in the daily operations of handling-of and following-up of cases and letters.
• Manage enquiries from client and financial advisers through emails from our Customer Service
• To perform the functional role as maker or checker for daily processed trades like Subscriptions, Switches, Redemptions
• Handle daily administrative matters such as generation and reconciliation of daily statistics report and the sorting of forms and letters
• Be assigned ad-hoc projects, where required

Job Requirements

• Prior insurance/bank admin experience
• Able to start work within short notice
