Job Description

About The Role

  • To provide daily care, supervision, counselling and advice to the residents
  • To keep good and accurate records of the residents' matters
  • To maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the residents
  • To assist in organizing programmes for the residents
  • To coordinate with the HR & Operations Executive for any change to the daily schedule
  • To dispense pocket money, medication and personal effects to the residents
  • To be familiar with and comply with the Standard Operational Procedures
  • To undertake any other duties assigned by the management 

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

  • Minimum qualification - Diploma
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Immediate availability is advantageous

Core Competencies:

  • Experience in Residential & Rehabilitation care preferred
  • Willing to learn and is a good team player
  • Able to multi-task and possess initiative to respond to various situations
  • Able to perform shift work (shift and overtime allowance) including weekends and public holidays 

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

  • Basic counselling or social work qualification or experience is an advantage
  • Patient, calm and a good listener
