Facility Technician (West)

Our Client is a leading national distribution centre as well as a logistics service provider in FMCG and retails businesses.

The Job:

• Perform daily monitoring and recording of facilities equipment performance
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdown
• Ensure efficient use of utilities resources
• Perform building maintenance
• Do proper documentation
• Upkeep ISO standard operating procedures to ensure compliance
• Supervise and manage contractors on escalated tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

The Candidate:

• NITEC/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building maintenance or relevant disciplines
• Good knowledge of Air-conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical and Building maintenance
• Good analytical skill in troubleshooting of breakdown
• No colour-blindness as handling electrical work is essential for proper performance of the daily task
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Able to manage/supervise contractors or external vendors
• Able do rotating shift (AM & PM) and work overtime whenever required

Other Information:

• Able to travel to the West side of Singapore for work
• 5-days working week, rotating shift duties (AM & PM), no fixed rest / off day
• Basic salary + Shift allowances + Overtime Claim + AWS + Bonus
