Facilities Technician

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Day to day facilities maintenance works
• Attend to defects and breakdown
• Unit hygiene inspections
• Work closely with tenants and contractors
• Assist manager in day-to-day operations on site

Requirements

• Independent, meticulous, tactful, able to work in a fast pace environment and a good team player.
• Basic PC knowledge
• Shift duty required (9am-6.30pm; 12pm-9.30pm) Monday – Friday)
