Facilities Operations Admin (24-Months contract | Central)

Location: Kallang
Up to $3000 depends on the experience
5 Days Work
AWS and 1 Month Contract Completion Bonus

Our client , a well known MNC company in Radio Frequency Front End industry located in the Central is actively looking for a Facilities Operations Admin on 24-Months Contract .

  • Employee card processing
    • Liaise with company Security Taiwan on the process of badges for new hire, re-issue for faulty or loss cards.
    • Maintain Headcount Master file for issuing of various access cards
    • Maintain record for resignation & follow-up on return of badges & shred
    • Maintain stock for various accessories related to badges II Car park administering 1 Administer, allocate and manage existing basement K1 car park and maintain data recorded into the car park barrier system.
  • Liaise with Capitaland who is the landlord, for K3 staff who require car park at a discounted rate.
  • Maintain proper record of carpark users & supply information to HR for end-year tax declaration III Project document (Tiger, MAV21) controlling
    • Responsible for handling and organizing various documents and files which will include both physical paper documents and electronic digital document files.
    • Responsible for overseeing incoming documents/drawings submitted via main contractor, organizing them as necessary and updating records/logs for tracking these documents. Alert Project Manager and Engineers to respond before the due dates.
    • Liaise with main contractor on the Transmittal of documents
    • Communicate with management and various team leaders and members to ensure the document flow of information is effective.
    • Ensuring new documents are seamlessly integrated into the existing records or updating older records with new information and documents.
    • Ensuring the right documents are available to those who need them and answer individual requests for certain files or information by disseminating documents to the appropriate team members.
    • Tracking of various projects costs IV Others 1 Order of stationery & beverages for Technical Services

  • Minimum 'O' level and above
  • 1-2 years' admin experience with knowledge and exposure to SAP
