Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular inspection of facilities at 4 locations (Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio and Tampines) and make recommendation for improvement/rectifications works
• Record and inform of defects after inspection e.g. take pictures and email or WhatsApp to Supervisor
• Assist to source for quotations and oversee suppliers, vendors and contractors for maintenance and/or improvement works
• Able to do minor repairs e.g. fix cupboard hinges, leaking sinks etc.
• Respond and follow-up on facilities enquiries, complaints and defects in a timely manner
• Follow checklists to check for safety hazards in classrooms and general safety measures, including but not limited to: fire hazards, expiry of fire extinguishers, safe distancing in classrooms, offices and common areas
• Assist with stocktaking of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and first aid kits
• Prepare monthly reporting as required
• Help with Bizsafe Certification
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC with 1-2 years of experience in Facilities Management
• Knowledge in mechanical and electrical repairs is a plus
• Prompt in responses and follow-ups
• Able to travel to our 4 different centres (AMK, CCK, Tampines, Woodlands) with public transport allowance
