Job Description

Job Description:
• Manage and ensure timely execution of daily facilities work and upkeeping (preventive & corrective maintenance and renovation/ improvement works) for offices and workshop 
• Ensure PRs and POs are raised and timely executed, and all jobs are closed promptly in compliance with Finance and Procurement SOPs
• Oversee company vehicle fleet by liaising with other department rep for leasing/ returning of vehicles, arranging vehicles’ access clearance, installation of GPS, etc. 
• Work with other department staff to ensure compliance with Company SOP governing usage of vehicles and ensure invoices are timely processed for payment
• Do proper document keeping and tracking of facilities and vehicle fleet records
• Report to Facilities Manager and update promptly on status of on-going works

Job Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management Preferred
• Posses of SAP knowledge preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Singaporeans only
