Facilities Coordinator (1 year contract/ Redhill/ US MNC)
Our client currently holds distributorships and dealerships for a range of premium passenger marques in the region.
- Plan and administer day to day operations in facilities department
- Assist in coordination of facilities maintenance or capex requests and liaise with operations and department heads
- Maintain filing system to keep track of work updates and statutory licenses status
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations, checking of vendors invoices and follow up approvals for processing of payments
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or Building Management with 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
