Job Description

We are a fine dining restaurant specializing in Edomae style sushi. Our Master Chef from Tokyo has more than 20 years of experience in this industry internationally, so here is your opportunity to be a part of our family!

 

Jobscope

  • Manage team members, schedule and plan rosters, set a good example for team
  • Work closely with but independently from the Master Chef/ HR in managing the service aspects and also staff of the restaurant
  • Ensure that all customers have an enjoyable dining experience (Note that we do serve alcoholic drinks)
  • Assist in communication between sushi counter and kitchen
  • Handle table reservations and cashiering duties
  • Cleaning of service area

Requirement

  • Prefer candidates with at least two years experience in F&B industry
  • Pleasant demeanour and service oriented
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Converse well in English
  • Training will be provided to adhere to our service standards
  • Able to work 6-day work week (Mon - Sat including PH)
