To lead outlet staffs towards achieving performance goals and providing high customer service standards.
Stock taking to ensure that all food and beverages remain in appropriate quantity and maintaining quality of the products. Lead outlet staffs to provide professional services and establishing good customer relationships. Plan and supervise hygiene routines, ensuring that customers have a good dining environment. Responsible for staff training efficiency and disipline, improving service levels and work efficiency. Substitute outlet positions when required.
Host briefings to increase team spirit and emphasize on priorties to respective staff. Participate in monthly management meetings to report on outlet's performance, cost and issues. Maintain good communication with the management team. Report, discuss and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Propose and participate in meetings on improvement of menus.
