Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing and managing daily activities and performance of 7 Food & Beverage outlets
  • Lead and manage Restaurant Managers in providing high standards of Member experience
  • Supervise all Food & Beverage outlet daily operation
  • Ensure all operational policies and procedures are maintained throughout the outlets
  • Provide daily support across Food & Beverage based on operational need
  • Direct, manage and provide leadership to all Food & Beverage service Team Members
  • Prepare and adhere to annual capital and operating budgets for all Food & Beverage service
  • Oversee monthly Food & Beverage marketing promotions and Club’s events

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Food & Beverage, hospitality
  • At least 5 years of progressive work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of business development and achievements
  • Well-organised multi-tasker who is able to handle a high volume of tasks of varying complexities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent leadership and people management skills
  • A strong team player, mature and self-driven
