Job Description

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Adopt pro-active telephone etiquette at all times

2. Assist in preparing safe meals for special patients

3. Compile and prepares all meal summary for food preparation

4. Assist in the compilation of monthly meal statistics

5. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

6. Coordination with various kitchen sections and preparation of basic items necessarily for a smooth backend daily operation

7. Assist in delivery and serving of meals for inpatients and in-house event

8. Handle telephone enquiries and feedbacks

9. Documentation and filing of all records

10. Take part in continuing education programmes

11. Participate in the activities organized by the hospital

12. Carry out other tasks as instructed by the supervisors


Job Requirements

1. Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level with at least 3 years of experience in F&B and/or in hospital industry

2. Competency in MS Words and Excel
