Export Executive (East, Up to $3k)

What About the Job:

• Handling export shipments and bookings
• Ensuring the Export shipments/jobs duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Handling bookings with airlines & co-loaders
• Answering of freight enquiries from customers and overseas agents
• Preparation of AWBs, related documents and declaration of export permits
• Arranging and coordinating transport
• Generating invoices
• Costing, closing of files and filing

What it Takes:

• GCE N/ O levels or Diploma holders
• PC Proficient
• 1-2 years experience in Airfreight/Logistics an advantage
• Possesses positive working attitude
• Is meticulous
