Job Description

Our client is a five star business boutique hotel located in the city. They are looking for individuals with a passion for the hospitality industry to come join them as guest relation officer.

This position requires you to handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel core standards.
  • To facilitate guest's check in and check out.
  • To perform all tasks assigned according to established standards and procedures with polite,attentive and sympathetic manner.
  • To ensure that all call charges are posted to guest folio accordingly.
  • Assists with responsibilities and duties in the areas of the Bell Desk, Business Center, Concierge and lobby coverage.


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels qualification.
  • Minimun 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry
  • Able to operate Opera System
  • Possess good telephone etiquette.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive working attitude and customer service oriented.

Remuneration Package: 

Basic salary: S$1900
Meal allowance: S$120
OT will be given if any
