- Engaging in telemarketing activities with leads provided by partners
- Understanding the needs of customers and recommending suitable products to them
- Achieving weekly/monthly conversion targets
- Ensuring call activities are conducted according to regulations and in line with quality standards
- You have 1 year of Call Centre, Telemarketing/Telesales experience within the Financial Industry
- You possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- You are determined and thrive in a performance-driven environment
- You enjoy speaking to people and can build connections quickly
- You are adaptable and able to work in changing environments with the utmost professionalism.
