About The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Executive - Technical to be part of our Service & Development Division. You will be responsible for providing technical support to various departments in C&C, coordinating overseas training, and improving communication with the Principals of the various marques to support the Sales and Aftersales function in attaining high levels of operation efficiency and customer happiness.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide in-house training on a range of technical, non-technical and or product issues
  • Liaise with all relevant department to arrange all external training conducted by Principals
  • Responsible for on-site technical and field support at service centres to minimize vehicle downtime and assuring customers' happiness
  • Monitor and update training certification status to ensure a sustainable pool of skilled personnel within organization's standards
  • Consolidate reports requested by Management for analysis and reporting to track performances of all service centres
  • Inspect and qualify local accessories for new vehicles to meet factory standards, work alongside internal departments to review any aftersales marketing activities and promotions from time to time
  • Establish close working relations with Principals and provide periodical updates through timely submission of reports
  • Provide technical and training support to our overseas businesses whenever necessary
  • Attend to all technical enquiries from internal customer and ensure issues are resolved efficiently



REQUIREMENTS:

You should possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in Automotive Technology or related discipline with minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in the automotive industry, of which 2 years are in a training or technical supervisory capacity. You should also hold a valid Class 3 driving license and proficient in Microsoft office. Previous experiences in Principal liaison would be advantageous.
