Job Description

You will be part of the team that ensures a continuous, sustainable and healthy pipeline of competent and committed leaders for SingHealth. You will assist in the administration of talent management and succession planning processes, development and maintenance of the talent database. You will also assist in department level projects / initiatives which serve to build leadership and organisation capability as well as to recognize talents in SingHealth.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Resourceful, results-focused and meticulous
