Job Description

An established organization is inviting suitable candidates to join the team:

 

HR Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment plans for operation staff
  • Perform advertisement postings on online media
  • Identify effective recruitment channels to reach out to potential applicants
  • Attend recruitment roadshows and career fairs
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates for recruitment
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates for interviews
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Schedule successful candidates for courses
  • Follow up with candidates
  • Perform reference/background checks on shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinate with team members to set up booths for recruitment events in Singapore
  • Liaise and coordinate with external agencies on recruitment events
  • Generate and collate recruitment statistics for monthly reporting
  • Review and recommend improvement in existing work processes

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Independent and committed
  • Good communication skills
