Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the hiring needs and preferences of the clients by understanding their vision, structure and culture.
  • Attract and interview suitable candidates to match clients’ requirement.
  • Review and evaluate job applications by undertaking CV screening.
  • Foster the recruitment process by closely follow-up with clients and candidates.
  • Establish long-term relationship with both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Business-related fields
  • Candidates with good CCA records will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in recruitment is not a must
  • Good Communicator with strong personality traits
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results driven
  • Enjoys interaction with people from different walks of life
