Executive Procurement

Job Description:

• Work with business users to source products meeting to specifications and requirements for different users
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best price  for food and non-food items
• In charge of supplier on-boarding
• Create Purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance
• Support other procurement and supply chain initiatives, including participation in cross-functional project teams
• Other duties assign by superior

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply chain or related field with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles in procurement
• Possess business acumen with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Hands-on attitude and uncompromised integrity and business ethics
• Able to multi-task and respond quickly and effectively to the challenges faces in a fast-paced environment
