Executive Officer (Training Administration)

Emergency Preparedness Division

Job Scope:

Your duties and responsibilities include but not restricted to the following:

  • Plans, reviews, and implements Emergency Preparedness (EP) training programmes and systems to strengthen operational readiness, enhance outreach and deepen engagement.
  • Provides training administration and logistics support for EP training programmes and exercises  
  • Maintains, compiles and updates participation and training records
  • Prepares and compiles submissions of reports for management information and reporting
  • Co-ordinates training requests and facilitates conduct of training programmes and exercises
  • Handles training procurements and processing of payments
  • Provides secretariat support for meetings and command post operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned by senior officers

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Possess good command of English, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage heavy workload and prioritize tasks within tight timeline
  • Reliable, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Prior knowledge in robotic process automation and data processing would be an advantage
