Job Description

You will conduct organisational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate service effectiveness. You will also support projects and conduct data mining activities to identify potential areas for improvement and track the improvement impact of project initiatives. You will also provide secretariat functions at meetings with various stakeholders, department and projects.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare, Business, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering with a background in financial analyses/business modelling/statistical analysis

  • At least 5 years of related work experience is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good command of the English language and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and meticulous

  • Team player with the ability to manage successful cross-functional and institutional relationships.

  • Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations

  • Experience in healthcare would be an advantage
