Job Description


  • Renewable contract
  • Harbourfront
  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
  • Up to $3300


Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with public, private and nonprofit stakeholders to understand emerging trends, needs and gaps in the mental health promotion space
  • Work with the team leads and members in driving the strategic direction of the technology platform
  • Conduct research and engage with stakeholders to explore new resources, services and technology tools that can be added on the platform
  • Drive user insights and design the desired user experience for different target population segments
  • Manage content in the platform including keeping resource links up to date, adding new resources and removing old content etc.
  • Assist with basic web design work on the platform
  • Work with communications team to manage publicity of the platform on different media platforms i.e. social media, blogging, thought leadership articles etc. 
  • Assist with any other mental wellbeing work which the team will embark on



  • Immediate start
  • 6-12 months contract for a start, with opportunity for longer-term extension



  • Harbourfront


Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
  • On goodwill basis, the Company allows staff to leave at 5.30pm on Fridays.



  • $2900 to $3300 (depending on skills and experience)


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in any relevant field from a reputable
  • Strong interest or experience in the healthcare/ health promotion/ social service/ community development fields
  • Good understanding of the local healthcare and social service ecosystem
  • Web design or development skills will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous in copywriting and editing written content
  • Able to work independently with sufficient guidance
  • Curious individual with a keen ability to gather and make sense of complex information and situations 
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
