Job Description

Contract basis : 12 month

5-days work week.  Mon to Fri.

HR
Assists in end-to-end administration for internships (including screening, liaison with hiring dept, institutes of higher learning (IHL) & applicants, signing of internship agreements, onboarding, collation of timesheets, offboarding, etc)
Manages interview scheduling for recruitment and supports other recruitment matters
Coordinates Instructor Selection Programme (ISP) application
In charge of staff welfare matters such as arranging for marriage/newborn vouchers, fruit baskets, floral/wreath deliveries
Assists with leave/claims/allowances administration

Other Admin duties
1. Answering phone enquiries
2. Manages HR enquiries – email
3. Manages scheduling of HR meetings
4. Assists with updating of staff directory
5. Administration of Corporate Grab accounts
6. Administration of Corporate Mobile scheme
7. Updating of mailing group list based on staff movement
8. Updating of organisation chart
9. Other admin duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Key competencies: Critical & creative thinking, communication skills (written & verbal), project & time management
• Proactive, resourceful, resilient, versatile, agile and high learning agility
• Team-player who is also able to work well independently as needed
• Possess macro perspective of issues and meticulous with details
