Job Description

  • Monitor customer shipments status.
  • Handle all telephone inquiries for both air freight and sea freight.
  • Prepare rates quotations, proposals, and tender bids to customers.
  • Follow-up of Purchase Orders with Overseas Offices for customers to ensure prompt arrival of shipment.
  • Coordinate with Operations Department on the booking, pickup, and delivery of cargo for both air freight and sea freight.
  • Trigger Salesman for follow-up Sales Calls/appointments.
  • Update/key in of selling rates into Internal Database Systems.


  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in the industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound PC Knowledge.
  • Independent and a team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
