- Monitor customer shipments status.
- Handle all telephone inquiries for both air freight and sea freight.
- Prepare rates quotations, proposals, and tender bids to customers.
- Follow-up of Purchase Orders with Overseas Offices for customers to ensure prompt arrival of shipment.
- Coordinate with Operations Department on the booking, pickup, and delivery of cargo for both air freight and sea freight.
- Trigger Salesman for follow-up Sales Calls/appointments.
- Update/key in of selling rates into Internal Database Systems.
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma holder.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in the industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound PC Knowledge.
- Independent and a team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
