What will you do?
- Manage a team of call centre agents to achieve the assigned KPIs.
- Deliver project trainings and briefings, ensure the agents comply with company guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluation, review attendance and manpower requirements of the contact centre.
- Track, tabulate and generate KPIs reports for management.
What do you need to qualify?
- Relevant experience in managing staff in contact centre environment.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Intermediate proficiency in Ms Excel.
- Singapore citizenship.
