What will you do?

  • Manage a team of call centre agents to achieve the assigned KPIs.
  • Deliver project trainings and briefings, ensure the agents comply with company guidelines.
  • Conduct performance evaluation, review attendance and manpower requirements of the contact centre.
  • Track, tabulate and generate KPIs reports for management.

What do you need to qualify?

  • Relevant experience in managing staff in contact centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Ms Excel.
  • Singapore citizenship.
