Job Description

An established organization, in the Banking & Financial sector, is seeking candidates for the following position:

 

 

EXECUTIVE (Card Centre Admin Support)

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support
  • Liaise with the Bank customers (on a daily basis) on the execution of instructions tasked by the Banks
  • Liaise with internal Card Production Team
  • Provide support to the Banks on card production status
  • Involve in User Acceptance Testing
  • Preparation of monthly billing reports
  • Participate in monthly Service Level meetings with the Banks
  • Involve in the project meetings with the Banks
  • Participate in negotiation discussions with the Banks

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Education Level: Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior working experience in the Banks would have a priority
  • Mature personality; customer-oriented
