Executive Assistant (MNC)
- Assist in meeting arrangement (internal & external including conference call and video conference)
- Phone call management
- Travel / Calendar management
- Mail handling (distribution/courier)
- Day to day administrative support including: tax, print, copying etc
- Meeting room / Workspace reservation
- Visitor Care when required
- Manage Time and Expenses claims
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years of experience in secreterial suport
- Good team player and able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
