Responsible for conducting after sales survey calls to ascertain service quality
  • To conduct after sales survey calls to all customers with purchases from Public Solicitation, including but not limited to Roadshows, Street Canvassing, Door-To-Door Knocking, etc.
  • To conduct after sales survey calls to ascertain FSCs’ service quality from lists supplied by Compliance Department

Job Requirements

  • Min. GCE ‘O’ level
  • Working experience in a Call Centre environment is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge on MS Office
