Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and online enquiries such as portals, emails etc for Business School programs
  • Manage administration duties for all Business School programs such as managing registration, confirmation or cancellation communications with trainers and participants
  • Training materials print production and delivery
  • Administrating facilities and room set-up/tear down for all courses
  • Prepare name list, attendance and certificates for participants
  • Compile evaluation summary and reports
  • Liaise with Finance team on invoicing & SDF grants related matters
  • To assist to follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Ability to network with participants and gained feedback
  • SDF paperwork submissions for approval
  • Any other tasks assigned

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma with minimum 2 years of programs management experience in private education institution, Training or L&D department.
  • Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
