Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organising CME workshops and talks
  • Working closely with vendors to get sponsorships to fund workshops and talks
  • Manage corporate contents on the website/ social media and ensuring its ongoing development and improvement
  • Partner with Centre Manager to support daily clinic operations
  • Responsible for developing and carrying out business plans to ensure that goals are reached
  • Assist Centre Manager to prepare reports and analyse data for senior management
  • Processes requisitions for office supplies and inventories
  • Liaison Officer for Third Party Administrators and Insurance Companies
  • Perform frontline operations of the clinic including patient registration, payments, booking of appointments when necessary
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Centre Manager

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative, meticulous and results-oriented
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, self-driven and a team player
  • At least three years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
