Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who love a challenge to deal with people from all walks of life. From meeting clients from different industries, motivating and leading internal staff, managing suppliers that help you execute the event to ushering high-level guests that grace your event, everyday is going to be a different experience.  

You will work closely with your sales colleagues and lead the core of the client servicing and administrative team to bring events to completion and absolute success. You must enjoy planning, organisation and execution of events within tight deadlines. After all, the nature of our work is 99% planning and 1% execution.  

We want to groom team leaders who are interested to step up to curve balls thrown to them by the client and motivate their team to push forward towards a solution. 

After your training, you should be able to carry out these daily tasks which may include:

  • Assisting in evaluating feasibility of suppliers' quotes for sales managers
  • Drafting project timelines for client review
  • Drafting To-Do List to manage project tasks leading up to event day and ensuring all tasks are completed to clients' satisfaction
  • Drafting minute-by-minute administrative programme for events
  • Leading client meetings to verify what services are required, highlight any potential issues and propose solutions for the smooth running of the event
  • Monitoring cost of services/products rendered with sales manager to ensure the client keeps within budget
  • Planning onsite event crew deployment and manage hiring budget with sales manager
  • Leading admin staff and interns to source and recruit part-time event crew
  • Liaising between client and in-house designer on event collaterals
  • Confirming services and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery by suppliers for the event (e.g. Catering, landscaping, backdrop, door gifts, AV requirements etc.)
  • Checking registration reports generated by admin staff and sending them to the client as requested
  • Highlight to sales manager if clients request for services not included in agreed quote that will drive up costs significantly


At the event venue, you will be required to:

  • Ensure all setup are done in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the client
  • Lead and manage an integral part of the event with part-time crew
  • Think of solutions for problems that arise during the event
  • Be swift in responding to direct client feedback provided by the sales manager to keep up client satisfaction


Candidate Requirements

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills
  • Neat, organised and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
  • A team leader that is self-motivated to take on tasks independently and motivate others to follow your lead
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
  • Minimum qualifications of Bachelor in Communications, Business Marketing or  equivalent
  • Singaporean only
  • 2+ years experience in the events industry will be an advantage
