Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Bring new ideas and suggestions during the discussion for greater results
  • Assist with organizing, managing and executing a broad range of events (social events, seminars, conference, occasions, etc)
  • Provide logistical support and events planning process (venue booking, coordinating, sourcing for props, etc)
  • Act as a point of contact with vendors and maintain a good relationship
  • Provide onsite support if needed
  • Manage event budgets and expenses claims
  • Conduct post-event report and evaluation
  • Any other duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a A Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to be successful
  • Able to think creatively and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
  • Must possess a strong work ethic as well as a dedicated and positive attitude
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must be team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills; pleasant and professional at all times, with co-workers and vendors
