Job Description

Responsiblilities : 

  • Assists in planning & organizing of events, road show & campaigns 
  • Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed
  • Produce detailed proposals for events which includes timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgeting 
  • Develop and execute new marketing campagins and strategies
  • Organize seminars of affluent market
  • Coordinate company overseas trips, meetings and conferences 
  • Other ad-hoc duties given by manager

 

Requirements : 

  • No experience needed 
  • Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in any field 
  • Able to think creatively and problem-solve in high pressure situtations 
  • Good communication skils
