Job Requirements:

3. Proficient in MS Office applications
4. Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent

Job Scope:
1. Organizing events, classes or programmes;
2. Maintaining schedule of events/activities;
3. Managing & uploading website and other digital platforms;
4. Collateral creation, including design, proof-reading and production;
5. Execute social and digital media initiatives;
6. Answering to queries, via fax, phone, electronic mail or normal mail any other administrative duties that may be prescribed by management from time to time.
