Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to host and coordinate for a 1 day business conference event.

Date - 19 Sep 2019 (Thursday)
Time - 8.45am to 5.30pm (to reach 30 mins earlier to setup & get ready)
Location - Balestier Area 

 

Job coverage:

- Introduce speakers (Script provided)
- To call speakers and inform them of their time slot and confirm their time of arrival
- Check venue seatings, other hall arrangements and materials/handouts for attendees
- Feedback form to shared by host on WhatsApp chat group after end of conference

 

Requirement:

- Confident, eloquent, energetic
- Organized, good time management, service-oriented, responsible (committed to the job)
- No need alot of experience in hosting so long can speak well.
- Need to bring own laptop for speaker's presentation (using thumb drive)
