Job Description
Town4kids eAcademy provides a unique international kindergarten experience to students in the Asia region. Programs are conducted online by teachers who have taught international students coming from different parts of the region, using state-of-the-art proprietary courseware.
Job Descriptions :
- He/She will form a key part of Town4kids eAcademy leadership team
- He/She will promote our programs to prospective clients (i.e. parents)
- He/She will work with our marketing team in all social media campaigns
- He/She will be the point of contact for parents concerning non-academic matters
- He/She will coordinate and support events, surveys and program promotions
- He/She will be responsible to build relationship with parents, school leaders and our school partner
To be considered for this role you must have:
Excellent verbal communication skills (English as the main language)
Past experience in a customer service role
Preferably some experience representing a brand or organization in an outward-facing role
Good organizational skills, highly motivated, results oriented
The ability to cultivate relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels
