Entry-level Finance Executive, $2,500-2,800- Financial Institution/ Bank

• Process payments relating to agency compensation and/or other expenses and prepare accounting entries into accounting system
• Prepare invoices and accruals as well as corresponding system entries
• Maintain invoice and payment register
• Compute and process commission payment and prepare accounting entries
• Maintain commission schedule and updating commission rate in system
• Reconcile balances between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, and follow up on reconciling items
• Prepare schedules, reconciliation or analysis for management reporting
• Prepare cash flow statements
• Perform any other accounting work or ad hoc tasks as required by management
• Carry out any project or assignment as directed by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting 
• Available to start work in short notice
