Location: Serangoon North

Working Hours (choose your preferred shift)

• Shift A: 6.45am to 3.15pm
• Shift B: 2.45pm to 11.15pm
• Shift C: 10.45pm to 7.15am

Job Scopes:

• Assemble and test wire bonder machines per engineering specification and customer order
• Troubleshoot and rectification of machines
• Generate documentation for the machine configuration and specification

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean(s) only
• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in any related discipline.
