Job Scope

• Responsible for Tools  operation, routine maintenance like daily check & SPC for ensuring tool health.

(2 vacancies):

Job Scope

• Responsible for performing various tasks like set up, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive & corrective maintenance on assigned machines.

 

Position 3 (1 vacancy):

Job Scope

• To run power device processes & simulation using Silvaco TCAD available in IME. 
• Extract device parameters (Threshold voltage, breakdown voltage, on-resistance, etc.) for modeling team.
• To collect data from different device structures/architectures for EDA.

 

Position 4 (1 vacancy):

Job Scope

• To test and characterize high voltage power electronics devices (1200V breakdown, 50A current).
• Tests include IV sweeps, CV measurement, breakdown, etc. Candidate will use existing state-of-the art tools at IME.

 

Job Requirement

• Min. Bachelor in any Engineering discipline with some background semiconductor preferred.
