Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to achieve employee benefits sales targets assigned to you. You are required to work closely with Relationship Managers to provide employee benefits solutions to SME clients. You shall be involved in marketing events related to bancassurance and ensure completion of the entire bancassurance sales and underwriting process. In addition, you are to ensure adherence to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including complying with the FAA and related Acts.

Requirements:
  • Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Candidates with employees benefit experience is preferred
  • Ability to deliver sales targets and must possess relevant accreditations (Modules 5, 9, HI)
  • At least 1 year of insurance sales experience with good knowledge of employee benefits products
