Responsibilities:

-Set up production line and staff training to increase productivity
-Perform process control and set up to ensure smooth production flow
-Work with QC and Production team
-Monitor the performance of line output on stability 
-Develop plus maintain documentation of processes and procedures (PQP, WI) for individual processes
-Transfer product to Production Engineering

Requirements:

-Diploma / Degree
-Hands-on experiences in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment
-Able to understand productivity and industrial knowledge of setting up the production line
-Good interpersonal skills
