Job Description

1. Core Expectation:

• Comply with Safety and Quality standard and Stewardship

• Responsible to lead troubleshooting of PC&IS and E&I problems in Perfumes Module

• Engage necessary relevant resources to support troubleshooting

• Cross department knowledge and skill qualification

• Execute the department’s Self Sufficient Supply Chain Team journey plan

• Accountable for 100% completion of standards update (eg. SOP, Job Aid etc)

• Accountable for 100% compliance of standards

• Accountable for the team’s PC&IS and E&I related Loss Analysis, Masterplan adherence, and members’ Loss Elimination actions

• Participate in the daily direction setting process, including shift handover meetings

• Provide coaching to complete Know & Grow Plans and 5 Rocks for Shift E&I

• Develop him/herself and the Shift E&I through participating in internal and external trainings

• Provide feedback on Shift E&I 5 Rocks to Department Leaders on a quarterly basis


2. System Ownership:

• To deploy and maintain standards

• To lead the Run To Target process for all E&I units

• To deliver the deployed targets(Productivity, Machine stop, Delivery on time, Cost/Audit Score)

• Membership in Integrated Work System Pillar

• Own the entire E&I (all electrical panels and systems) setup for Perfumes Module

• Owner for the digitization platform (Maple, LEDS-Line Event Data System, PDP-Plant Digital Platform)

• Hold EO and AO and Shift E&I accountable for maintaining all E&I equipments in base condition

• Review equipment standards and know why OPL (One Point Lesson)
