• Manage product listings on marketplaces based on given templates with the support of agency.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage stock inventory on marketplaces.
• Support the realization of O2O implementation.
• Manage customer enquiries professionally and provide good customer service.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including to create and review campaign creatives in line with business objectives.
• Explore new sponsored solutions to meet business objectives.
• Report and analyze campaign results to optimize future implementations.
• Work across various departments on process improvement.
• Assist to develop templates for standardizing eCommerce activities across the region.
• Research market and industry trends and perform competitor product analysis.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc duties if any.
