Job Description

The E-commerce Administrator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all Shilla Duty Free's orders at Changi Airport's online shopping portal, IShop Changi. He/she will be involved in the following duties:

 

  • To pick and pack orders as per customer's requirement
  • To operate and manage the whole process of order fulfilment system
  • To prepare delivery note and collection note
  • To segregate and/or deliver packages to the designated customer's collection point
  • To monitor and collect any returned and cancelled packages with proper documentation
  • To ensure that Security Tamper Evident Bag is utilised and monitored with great accuracy and of high security
  • Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

  • 1 - 2 year(s) of related work experience in Beauty, FMCG or customer service industry

  • Passionate in Beauty Products

  • Strong customer focus mindset with a willing to learn attitude

  • Good initiative, dependable, and team player

  • Willing to commit retail operational hours

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
