Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

Morning Routine

  • Switch on the music, LCD TVs, Air-cond, light of all suites. Music in all suites are audible.
  • Ensure all niche doors and suite entrance glass doors are closed.
  • Test all card access system.
  • Ensure all the tables & chairs are at original position, remove all left over offerings, flowers in any of the suites.
  • Ensure fengshui ball and fountain is functioning.
  • Water dispensers and cups are top up.

 Report all abnormalities to Facilities

  • Answer all phone calls within 2 rings.
  • Reservation of a lot for agents and prepare daily report to BD to monitor.
  • Handling customer enquiries.
  • Issuing and updating of access card.
  • Approach and assist all walk in customers with existing agents or assign duty agent to customer which no agents.
  • Registration for agent appointment.
  • Issue site duty agent tag.
  • Registration for contractors.
  • Playing the announcement when there is check-in or before closing.
  • Ad-hoc site tour if required.
  • Opening niches for customers.
  • Assist/Help to fill up their jianpai for customers.
  • Ensure our cleanliness and tidiness of surroundings.
  • Perform additional routine check hourly for customers praying or lighting candles in suite if there are crowd.

Closing routine

  • Switch off the closing announcement.
  • Switch off the music, LED TVs, Air-cond, light of all suites.
  • Ensure all niche doors and suite entrance glass doors are closed.
  • Ensure all the tables & chairs are at original position, remove all left over offerings, flowers in any of the suites.

Other Roles

  • Assist site tour for New Agent Training.
  • Assist ceremonial team for prayer service (Anling, Bone Picking etc)
  • Be emcee for FSP case.
  • Stock inventory for joss paper.

Others

  • Collect service form and input the data into the calendar (Anling/Check Ins).
  • Ensure all the services are update correctly in the calendar.
  • Follow up with agents/customer on the outstanding payment and to ensure full payment for all the service we provided.
  • Assist on the any event conducted by marketing or BD etc.
  • Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of lot reservations, company transport schedule, information of any event conducted by marketing or BD and other information that provides valuable service to our customers.

QUALIFICATION

  • Secondary/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

  • Positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
