√ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Job Descriptions:

• Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed and production drawings
• Develops solutions to technical & design problems following Singapore’s established standards
• Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings
• Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
• Liaise with field survey teams to ensure timely completion of survey tasks.
• Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition and method statement
• To co-ordinate with consultants, project team and sub-contractors on issuing of drawings
• Coordination & understanding in design and construction of a project
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experienced in Building Projects, Reinforced Concrete Detailing Civil Drawings or Structural Drawings
• Competency in BIM/Revit will be plus
