Director of Growth Marketing
- Marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign execution
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, marketing technology, backend, etc) to establish a growth marketing roadmap and digital marketing strategies; plan marketing campaigns and supervise delivery and optimization.
- Marketing innovation and thought leadership
- Be the expert and driver for growth marketing; stay on top of the latest Google/Facebook/ad networks features and technologies; drive pilot campaigns with new features/products; test and scale for robust growth.
- Marketing technology
- Familiar with marketing technology (tagging, tracking, attribution, measurement, product feed, API services, ad fraud, etc) and its application in marketing; lead the marketing technology team and introduce new automation and personalization solutions to increase marketing efficiency; implement and manage innovation-led growth and optimization.
- Performance marketing/SEO/ASO/CRM
- Run integrated marketing campaigns across all major online channels to scale up revenue; lead content managers to curate offers; build content calendars and create inspirational and effective content.
- Brand Marketing and marketing communication
- Initiate and execute brand marketing activities; manage brand communication channels, power brand recognition and customer retention in key APAC markets.
- Partnership marketing and Influencer marketing
- Spearhead partnership marketing initiatives; create an internet influencer strategy with effective measurables.
- Campaign performance measurement
- Define success metrics; lead the adoption of latest measurement tools and models.
- Prior success in growth marketing
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Goal-oriented and able to consistently meet multiple deadlines
- Experience in creating effective marketing plans and digital marketing campaigns
- Sound technology aptitude and social media savvy
- Solid knowledge of web and mobile app attribution technique
- Experience in running campaigns with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Ads Manager, Google Display & Video 360, Google Studio, Google Tag Manager
- Able to use tools such as Tableau, Appsflyer and Google Analytics.
- Solid knowledge of the digital landscape in Asia
